Introduction
Evergreen Estate Management Limited (EEM) is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and respect for all stakeholders. Our Code of Ethics serves as a guiding framework for how we operate, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in every aspect of our services.
This policy applies to all directors, employees, consultants, contractors, and partners engaged with EEM.

6. Conflict of Interest
We recognise that conflicts of interest can undermine trust and the integrity of our operations.
6.1 Definition
A conflict of interest occurs when an individual’s interests—financial, professional, or otherwise—could interfere with their duties, decisions, or loyalty to EEM.
6.2 Avoidance and Disclosure
Employees, contractors, and partners must avoid situations where personal gain conflicts with the interests of EEM.
All potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly in writing to management.
No employee or partner may engage in activities that could compromise EEM’s impartiality, objectivity, or reputation.
6.3 Examples of Conflicts
Having a financial interest in a competitor or supplier without disclosure.
Using company resources or confidential information for personal benefit.
Favouring family or friends in business decisions without proper authorisation.
6.4 Resolution
Once disclosed, conflicts will be reviewed by senior management, and appropriate measures will be taken, which may include reassignment of responsibilities, divestment of conflicting interests, or recusal from certain decisions.
7. Accountability and Responsibility
We take full responsibility for our actions and decisions. All team members are expected to act in ways that promote trust and protect the company’s reputation.
8. Client and Community Commitment
We value the trust our clients place in us and are committed to fostering long-term relationships that contribute positively to the communities we serve.
9. Environmental Responsibility

10. Reporting Unethical Behaviour
We encourage the reporting of any unethical behaviour, misconduct, or breach of this policy. Reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with confidentiality.
