Introduction
Evergreen Estate Management Limited (EEM) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical behaviour, professionalism, and responsibility in all aspects of our operations. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards expected of all directors, employees, contractors, agents, and business partners representing EEM.
By following this Code, we ensure that our services are delivered with honesty, integrity, and respect, safeguarding the trust placed in us by our clients, partners, and the wider community.
1. Professional Behaviour
Conduct yourself with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.
Deliver services efficiently, effectively, and to the highest industry standards.
Represent EEM positively in all interactions, both in-person and online.
2. Compliance with Laws and Company Policies
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements in Ghana and in any other jurisdictions where EEM operates.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines without exception.
3. Integrity and Honesty
Be truthful and transparent in all communications.
Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated statements to clients, colleagues, or partners.
Honour all commitments and agreements made on behalf of EEM.
4. Confidentiality
Protect all sensitive and confidential information relating to clients, partners, and EEM’s business operations.
Do not disclose or misuse any confidential information without proper authorisation.
5. Conflict of Interest
Avoid situations where personal or financial interests may conflict with EEM’s business interests.
Disclose any potential conflicts of interest promptly to management.
Do not use company resources, time, or information for personal gain.
6. Fair Dealing
Treat all clients, suppliers, and colleagues fairly and with respect.
Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment.
Base all business decisions on merit, fairness, and ethical considerations.
7. Use of Company Assets and Resources
Use EEM’s property, equipment, and resources responsibly and only for authorised purposes.
Protect company assets against theft, damage, or misuse.
8. Health, Safety, and Environment
Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.
Take reasonable care to prevent accidents, injuries, or environmental harm.
Report hazards, unsafe practices, or environmental concerns immediately.
9. Communication and Social Media
Communicate professionally and respectfully, whether in writing, verbally, or online.
Ensure that all statements made on behalf of EEM are authorised and accurate.
Avoid posting content that could damage EEM’s reputation.
10. Accountability
Take responsibility for your actions, decisions, and performance.
Co-operate fully with investigations into breaches of this Code or other company policies.
Accept constructive feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
11. Reporting Misconduct
Report any unethical conduct, breaches of this Code, or illegal activities immediately.
All reports will be treated seriously, confidentially, and without retaliation.
